Call forth a powerful stream of stars!! Cooldown: 20 seconds. Listed base damage: Each element star has 4.5 damage except for True which has 9. Average total base damage of 360. Damage type and scaling follow the weapon unless a requirement says otherwise. Requirements: Both Starlight Handle and Starlight Greatblade. Hybrid scaling does not count toward weapon-art requirements. A weapon art's attack speed is affected by weapon attack speed, stat attack speed, Quickcast, Power Inhale, and Stone Weapon.

How do you use Starstream?
Bind it to Q. It goes on cooldown after you cast it. If the shrine does not offer it, the weapon is missing a required type, scaling, or boost.
