Elf grants 40% rune cooldown reduction, so rune rotations come back faster. Rune cooldowns still cannot drop below 1 second, and fractional seconds are cut down to whole seconds.

Yes. After creation, use the Shrine of Change at the Lost Shrine. Gamepass races still need the 50 Robux unlock, and Bunikin still needs its achievement or quest.

Average the blade speed and the handle speed. Kitsune adds 0.1 to that average. Weapon, stat, and affix speed classes multiply each other.
