What is Skeletal Woof Summon?
Summon a skeletal woof! Cooldown: 25 Seconds. Damage type and scaling follow the weapon unless a requirement says otherwise. Requirements: Hex Scaling: 0.3; Summon Boost: +20% (Lowest I got this with was 24%). Hybrid scaling does not count toward weapon-art requirements. A weapon art's attack speed is affected by weapon attack speed, stat attack speed, Quickcast, Power Inhale, and Stone Weapon.
