Stab your sword into the ground and create a wave of icicles. Cooldown: 20 Seconds. Listed base damage: 36. Damage type and scaling follow the weapon unless a requirement says otherwise. Requirements: Water Scaling: 0.5; Heat Resistance: 50%. Hybrid scaling does not count toward weapon-art requirements. A weapon art's attack speed is affected by weapon attack speed, stat attack speed, Quickcast, Power Inhale, and Stone Weapon.
