Cleric sits at the church in the Overgrown Forest. Reputation lean is positive, focus is Holy, and the guildmaster is Topez. Rank 1 includes Hex Defense +20%, Holy Defense +15%, and the Blessing perk. The perk's amount was cut off in the rank summary, so it is not repeated as a number. The Heal rune is received on joining Cleric, or crafted from 2 Pollen, 1 Budboy Flower, and 1 Blank Rune. Heal's cooldown is 120 seconds and its passive is Holy Boost +10%.

Meet the positive reputation requirement and talk to Topez at the Overgrown Forest church. Gladiator is the guild with an explicit level 15 note; Cleric's exact level gate is not in the same table.
How do you use Cleric?
Join for holy defense and the Heal rune. At rank 2 you can spend 10 SP on the guild cantrip. Leave only through the Shrine of Regret, and you can be in one guild at a time.
